MECHANICAL INSTALLATION PIPES

These pipes are used in transporting non-flammable gases of liquids in mechanical installation systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, fire installation, sanitary system). These are generally manufactured with 21.3 mm (1/2″) – 339.7 mm (13 3/8″) diameter range, 2.00 – 12.70 mm wall thickness, 6 meters length or 5.00 ~ 18.30 metres length for special size and black pipes under TS EN 10255+A1 – TS EN 10217-1 – ASTM A53 – ASTM A795 standards.

Due to long lifecycle, these are used in in prestigious housing projects, industrial facilities, heating, cooling, ventilation and fire installation systems, as well as industrial productions that require bending or cold shaping in challenging radius. These are generally manufactured with 21.3 mm (1/2″) – 88.9 mm (3″) outer diameter range, 2.00 mm ~ 7.10 mm wall thickness, standard 6-meter length or for special order. These pipes can be manufactured in 5.00 ~ 12.80 metres range. The pipes comply with TS EN 10255+A1 – TS EN 10217-1 – ASTM A53 – ASTM A795 standards

These pipes comply with EN and ASTM standards and approved by UL and FM. Using these types of pipes in the buildings ensure financial advantages when investors or business owners make a fire insurance for the building. The fire safety installation pipes are dyed with 1 layer (app. 20 micron) red ready-prime and ovality is almost non-existent. These pipes can be manufactured black (uncoated), ready-primed (black or red colours) and galvanized. The red ready-prime dye has high adhesive and durable against corrosion, water and petroleum. The pipe ends can be manufactured straight (butt welding), female-sleeved or grooved. Grooved pipes are burr-free on the inside. The products have CE certificate.

These pipes are used in natural gas distribution in houses, social facilities and industrial facilities. The diameter range is 21.3 mm (1/2″) – 339.7 mm (13 3/8″) and wall thickness is 2.00 – 12.70 mm. Standard pipe length is 6 meters and the size can change in special orders; these pipes are manufactured between 5.00- and 18.30-meters range under TS EN 10255+A1 – TS EN 10217-1 – ASTM A53 – ASTM A795 standards.
